“Europe is going circular” – guest article for Newsweek Japan

For a special issue of Newsweek Japan on the adoption of the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), I was asked to write an article on sustainable urban development in Europe, with a focus on the circular economy ("Europe is going circular and cities like Amsterdam are taking the lead").
